It watches logins, WordPress file integrity and WAF events, cross-referencing known malicious IPs from AbuseIPDB, AlienVault OTX, Spamhaus and Feodo Tracker. It is included on plans that list it, and available on any other plan as a £5/month add-on — you can see exactly which features your account has in your portal.

It is your own branded client area — your logo, your colour scheme, on your domain. Your clients log in to see their invoices, support tickets, project progress, analytics, uptime and security in one place, and it looks like software you built. We build it, host it, secure it and keep it updated. It is included from the Pro plan upwards.

Yes — logo, colour theme and domain are all yours, and we can build bespoke sections for the way your business actually works. There are ten ready-made colour themes from clean and clinical through to dark and industrial, or we can build one to your brand guidelines.

A WordPress site can be live within 24 hours. Bespoke builds take 2–6 weeks. We give you a clear timeline on day one — no vague estimates.

Yes — upgrade any time and we'll pro-rate the difference. No upgrade fees. Many clients start on Starter and move up as they grow. Plans run month to month and can be cancelled with 30 days' written notice.

UptimeRobot checks your site every 5 minutes. If it goes down you're alerted — and so are we. We target 99% availability each month, excluding planned maintenance, which we give you at least 24 hours' notice of. Growth clients get a 24-hour priority response on critical issues, Pro 8 hours, and bespoke Enterprise agreements 4 hours.

Email support runs Mon–Fri, 09:00–17:30 UK time, excluding UK public holidays. Skywatch monitoring runs 24/7 and will act on threats overnight, and Growth plans and above can escalate genuine outages out of hours through the emergency channel we give you at onboarding.

Your plan covers hosting, security, backups, portal access and the support response times listed above. New development outside that scope — a new feature, a redesign, a bespoke integration — is quoted separately at £50/hr, always agreed in writing before we start. Retained blocks of hours are available if you need regular development.

Yes — we migrate your site, clean up issues, apply Skywatch and onboard you to the portal. Migration is free for annual sign-ups.
