About us
We build websites, then we stay.
Custom Launch is a UK team that designs, builds, hosts and protects websites for growing businesses. Most agencies hand over a site and move on. We built our own portal so we never have to.

What we believe
Four promises we build everything around.
They shape how we price, how we write and what we put in the portal.
Plain English, always
Reports, invoices and security alerts written for people, not engineers. If you have to ask what something means, we wrote it wrong.
Prove it
Health scores, measured SEO changes and monthly reports. You should be able to see what you are paying for, every month.
One team, start to finish
The people who design your site also host it, protect it and answer your tickets. Nothing gets lost between suppliers.
Your brand, not ours
Your clients log in to your portal, on your domain, in your colours. We stay behind the scenes.
How we work
From first call to launch day, and beyond.
You can follow every step in your portal.
- 01
Free consultation
A no-obligation chat about your business, your goals and your budget. You get a clear plan and a fixed quote.
- 02
Design & build
We design and build from scratch, sharing progress as we go, so there are no surprises at the end.
- 03
Launch & migrate
We move you onto our UK hosting with SSL, backups and Skywatch switched on, then go live.
- 04
Grow & protect
Monthly reports, SEO improvements and real support. We stay with you long after launch.
Our clients
In their own words.
Custom Launch didn't just recover us from our DDoS attack — they made us untouchable. Rankings came back stronger in under 8 weeks.
Skywatch gives me genuine peace of mind. The team handles every threat before it becomes my problem. I can see it all in my portal.
Analytics, projects and invoices all in one place. I always know exactly where my site stands without chasing anyone. Brilliant.
