Who we are
Custom Launch Limited runs this website and decides how the information it collects is used. We're registered in England & Wales, company number 15637771, and our registered office is 22 Mitchell Way, Reading, Berkshire, RG5 4NQ. For anything on this page, email contact-us@customlaunch.co.uk.
When you send us an enquiry
The contact form asks for your name and email, and lets you add a phone number, your business name and website, what you're interested in and a message. We use it to reply, to talk through your project and to prepare a quote: steps you've asked us to take before any contract, and our legitimate interest in answering people who get in touch.
Each enquiry is saved on our own server and emailed to our own mailbox. We keep enquiries for up to two years after we last hear from you, then delete them. If you become a client, our agreement with you covers your data from then on.
Analytics, only if you say yes
With your permission we use Google Analytics to see which pages people visit, roughly where from (country or city), on what kind of device and how they found us. It never gets your name or the contents of a form. Google provides the service and may process the data outside the UK, under the safeguards UK law requires. If you say no, Analytics never loads.
Server logs
Like every website, ours keeps logs of requests: the IP address, the browser and the page asked for. We use them to keep the site secure and to block attacks, keep them for a limited time and then delete them.
Cookies
A cookie is a small file a website stores in your browser. This site sets one cookie of its own, and Google Analytics sets two more only if you accept.

You can change your mind at any time: . Saying no also deletes the Analytics cookies. If your browser sends Global Privacy Control, we treat that as a no without asking.
Who else sees it
We don't sell your details or share them for marketing. The only other company involved is Google, for Analytics, and only if you accept. If the law ever required us to share something, we would only share what it required.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, to correct it or delete it, to stop or limit how we use it, or to send it to you in a form you can take elsewhere. Where we rely on your permission, you can withdraw it at any time. Email contact-us@customlaunch.co.uk and we'll reply within a month.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, please tell us first. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113.

If we change how we use your information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
